All the equipment manufactured by TRENDFIN s.r.l. under the trade mark TECNOLOGIC are guaranteed according to the European regulations in force.

B)
|
All Guarantee Terms are intended ex-works Trendfin in Limena (PD), via della Repubblica, 8.
|
|
C)
|
The Guarantee only concerns the supply of spare parts for replacement or repairs to the parts regarded as imperfect through manufacturing faults. These repairs must be done on our premises in Limena (Prov. Of Padua), with only transport charges at the expense of the Customer.
|
|
D)
|
The Guarantee does NOT include any parts liable to deteriorate through ordinary wear and tear.
|
|
E)
|
This Guarantee will be considered null and void if the fault is due to:
|

|
|
Equipment which is unsuitable for the system where it has been installed.
|
|
2-
|
Errors in installation, working conditions in environments where use is not allowed or use which does not correspond with the instructions mentioned in the Instructions Handbook.
|
|
3-
|
Tampering, repairs, modifications carried out without the previous written consent of Trendfin S.r.l.
|
|
4-
|
Mechanical shock or damage caused during transport, which should be immediately reported and claimed with the Forwarder.
|
|
5-
|
Circumstances which are unrelated to the equipment itself, such as: electrical, atmospheric or weather phenomena that are clearly not ascribable to manufacturing faults.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Trendfin S.r.l. is not to be held responsible for any requests for compensation for damage caused by failures in power factor correction, even while the guarantee is in force, since it is the User’s responsibility to check the equipment regularly and to take whatever measures are deemed necessary in case of malfunctioning.

|
G)
|
Any event of malfunctioning of all the equipment presented in this Catalogue may cause very serious damage: Trendfin s.r.l. does not assume any responsibility either directly or indirectly for any possible damage, of whatever type or nature, caused by the circumstances mentioned in paragraph E, at 1-2-3-4 and 5

H)
|
Installation and maintenance of the Equipment must be carried out exclusively by Specialised Technicians, in perfect conformity with the technical instructions enclosed and adopting dimensioning values which are technically correct.
|
|
I)
|
Should on-site assistance be requested of our Technical Staff, the User shall be charged the due cost for the job done. This cost will be communicated to him before the work is done and shall be in accordance with the prices currently in force.
|
|
L)
|
In case of difficulties related to installation or to the operation of the Equipment or in order to ask for an extra copy of the Handbook, the installer shall contact TECNOLOGIC’S TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE SERVICE.
|
|
As a result of the constant evolution of our technology, all technical data, images as well as the information contained in this Catalogue may be modified without any prior notice.
